We support the Schneider organic manufactory
Mrs. Schneider from the honey factory in Dauchingen visited us. She presented us with the certificate for the bee sponsorship and some jars of delicious honey.
Honey that is certified organic and genuine – yes, genuine, that is no longer a matter of course. An analysis showed that 25 out of 30 jars of honey contained sugar syrup, which corresponds to around 80 percent.
We have been supporting Biomanufaktur Schneider from Dauchingen for years with a bee and flower sponsorship.
Several large flower meadows with a total area of approx. 1.5 ha will be created, which will not be sprayed or fertilized. These serve as a refuge and food source for bees, insects and microorganisms. In late summer, the bees can collect nectar and pollen from unsprayed areas, which in turn benefits the quality of the honey.
In this way, Biomanufaktur Schneider is making a major contribution to the environment, to bees and micro-organisms, as well as to the people who can enjoy the sea of flowers.
