Thanks to intelligent labeling with tags and a powerful full-text search with filter settings, the instructions can also be found quickly and easily via the dashboard

Orders

With orders in the Instructor, work processes can be structured, planned, assigned, and monitored.

The system enables defining who does what and when, while also providing the corresponding digital instructions that guide users on how tasks should be performed. This helps ensure reliable processes and consistent quality over time.

Workflows

Every instruction is automatically logged. This makes it possible to track at any time who has carried out which instructions, with what result, and how much time was required to do so.

Instructions can be linked to any IDs such as order, project or serial numbers. This means they can be specifically filtered, assigned to orders or projects and used to document the product life cycle.

Ticket system

The ticket system not only guides workers through the individual steps of the instructions, but also supports them in the event of an error. They can record their feedback in individually customizable ticket templates and notify the responsible employees directly.

All measures and the processing of the fault are documented in the ticket in a traceable manner until the problem has been successfully resolved and the ticket can be closed.

Multilingualism

Our instructions – including all forms, descriptive texts and step-by-step instructions – can be automatically translated into up to 133 languages.

You have full control: automatic translations can be customized and you can store a dictionary with industry-specific technical terms.

Versioning

Every manual goes through a structured approval workflow. A specialist checks the correctness, completeness and comprehensibility of the instructions before they are released.

Changes are versioned and saved in an audit-proof manner. This means that it is always possible to trace who created or approved which instructions and when.

Offline availability

Instructions can be easily executed even without an internet connection. The required content is saved locally so that workflows are available at all times.

Forms completed and processes carried out during offline use are automatically synchronized as soon as the Internet connection is restored.

Instructions can be exported as Word or PDF files including marker images, work instructions and forms.

Individual Word templates in the customer’s corporate design can be easily created and uploaded. The templates are freely customizable and can be supplemented with a cover page, table of contents and tables of figures.

Workflows can also be exported – including all completed forms.

Analystics

Digital instruction analytics provide transparent insights into work processes. They help identify optimization potential and improve workflows.

Administration

The tepcon instructor adapts completely to your needs. Use the integrated shape and tool management to define which symbols and tools you want to use.

Interfaces

The tepcon instructor is not an isolated solution. All functions that are available via the web front end can also be used via GraphQL or REST interfaces. This allows the instructor to be flexibly integrated into existing IT landscapes.
